What’s the Weather Like in Costa Rica?  Check out these graphs from a weather station on the Nicoya Peninsula (about 40 miles from Los Suenos).  Our temperatures are a bit lower than these, because we’re closer to the ocean... Los Suenos highs average about 86 during the dry season (Dec-Apr).

Note: 2010 was an El Nino year, warmer sea & air temps, more rain. Compare 2010 to other years. Rainfall Summary:  This 2 year summary shows the rainfall months, and the difference between a regular season and El Nino season.  2010 rainfall was 340% higher than 2009.
